Service Description

What to expect: Josh will give a brief introduction and pass around a focus stone or talisman so you can set your intentions before the meditation begins. Please, no children under the age of 12 years old. All in attendance must pay the service fee. Please bring with you: - A Pillow. To sit on or lay your head. - A Blanket. We keep the room at a comfortable temperature, but you may get cold as your body relaxes. - Water. Hydration is key. - A Yoga Mat. We have a limited quantity available and they are first come first served.
